Try NowThe National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination (NIFTEE 2026) registration until January 13. Candidates can apply for NIFTEE 2026 on the official website, exams.nta.nic.in/niftee, and pay the application fee by January 16.

As per the revised schedule, the NIFT 2026 application correction window will open on January 18. Candidates will be allowed to edit the form by January 19.
This year, the NTA has added two new exam cities for NIFT 2026 —Vapi in Gujarat and Daman in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu—bringing the total number of exam cities to 102.

To complete the NIFT registration process, general category candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 3,000, while Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and female candidates need to pay Rs 750.
For single-paper, the NTA has reduced the application fee to Rs 2,000 for Open, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, and PwD applicants will have to pay Rs 500.
Candidates who miss the application deadline can still submit their NIFT forms from January 14 to 16 by paying a late fee of Rs 5,000 along with the regular application fee.

Candidates can follow the instructions given below to fill out the NIFT 2026 application form .
- Go to the NIFTEE’s official website at exams.nta.nic.in/niftee.
- Click on the “Registration for NIFT Entrance Exam 2026 for UG and PG Programmes” link.
- Fill the application form with the required information.
- Upload the necessary documents in a prescribed format and size.
- Pay the application fee.
- Apply and take a printout of it for future reference.
