NTET Result 2024: Out of 339 answer key challenges, 81 were unique, and two questions were dropped after review.

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the National Teachers Eligibility Test (NTET) 2024 result. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their NTET 2024 result at nta.ac.in. As per the official notice, a total of 8,701 candidates registered for the exam across different categories, including 2,868 male candidates and 5,833 female candidates.
Of these, 7,578 candidates appeared for the exam, including 3,282 from the general category, 319 from general-economic weaker section (general-EWS), 2,822 from other backward classes-non-creamy layer (OBC-NCL), 900 from scheduled castes (SC), and 255 from scheduled tribes (ST).
The testing agency, conducted the NTET 2024 exam on November 19, 2024, in computer-based mode for postgraduates of the Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy who aspire to join the teaching profession. The exam was conducted in both English and Hindi language.
The NTET 2024 examination was conducted across 43 centres in 13 cities. The NTA issued the answer keys and recorded candidates' responses from November 23 to November 25, 2024. A total of 339 answer key challenges were received, of which 81 were unique. Following the review, two questions were dropped.
“A Central Control Room was opened to monitor and facilitate the smooth conduct of the Examination on the ground. 13 City Coordinators, 50 Observers were deployed. In order to stop cheating using mobile networks, Jammers were installed in all the Centres,” the official notice read.
