NTA releases UGC NET question papers 2018 and response sheets; check details here

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 25, 2018: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the question papers and candidates response sheets of UGC NET for December session on December 25. UGC NET question papers and response sheets are available on the official website - https://www.nta.ac.in . To download the question papers and response sheets, candidates need to login with their application number, password and security pin.
The facility to download the question papers and response sheets of UGC NET is available till December 28, 2018 (5 pm). Candidates are advised to save their UGC NET question papers 2018 and response sheets as they will require the same at the time of challenging UGC NET answer key.
NTA will also release the UGC NET answer key by December 31, 2018. The answer key will be available for three to four days within which candidates should download it. The examination authority will also provide the provision to raise objections in case of discrepancies in the answer key. To challenge the answer key, candidates will have to send an email to the exam conducting body with valid proof to prove the correctness of the claim. They also need to pay Rs. 1000 to raise objection per question.
After reviewing the feedbacks of the candidates against the discrepancies in the answer key, the authorities will release the final answer key on the basis of which the result will be declared on January 10, 2019.
UGC NET exam for December session was conducted by NTA in online mode for the first time. The exam was held from December 18 to 22, 2018 to determine the eligibility of candidates as Assistant Professors and awarding Junior Research Fellowship Programme (JRF).
