NTA extends SWAYAM January 2026 registration deadline till May 13

NTA SWAYAM Registration 2026 : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration deadline for Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) January 2026 semester exam. Students can submit the SWAYAM January 2026 application form on the official website, exams.nta.nic.in/swayam.
Students can apply for SWAYAM January session exam by May 13. NTA will conduct the SWAYAM January semester 2026 exam scheduled on June 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 in two shifts.
As per the revised dates for SWAYAM registration, students can pay the application fee for the SWAYAM exam by May 14. The application correction window will be accessible from May 15 to 17.

SWAYAM January Registration 2026 Fee
The application fee for SWAYAM January registration 2026 is Rs 750 for first course and Rs 600 for each additional subject for general category candidates. Other students will have to pay Rs 500 for the first course and Rs 400 for each additional course.
Earlier, the SWAYAM January session registration deadline was May 11. SWAYAM exams are conducted twice a year, for the January and July sessions.
NTA conducts SWAYAM exams for 900 courses in hybrid mode, including both computer-based tests (CBT) and pen-and-paper tests. The question papers will be in English, except for language subjects, which will be held in their respective languages.
