The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun the registration process for the Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) 2025 July semester exam. Candidates can submit their SWAYAM July 2025 application form through the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/swayam.
The deadline to submit the SWAYAM July 2025 application form is October 30, while the last date for fee payment via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI is October 31, 2025. The SWAYAM examination is conducted twice a year, corresponding to the January semester and the July semester.
The SWAYAM July semester exam is scheduled to be held in hybrid mode, offering both computer-based and pen-and-paper options on December 11, 12, 13, and 14, 2025. The exams covering 648 courses will be held in two shifts each day, with shift-1 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and shift-2 from 3 pm to 6 pm.
SWAYAM July 2025 exam fee
To register for the SWAYAM 2025 July semester examination, candidates from the General (Unreserved) category are required to pay a fee of Rs 750 for the first course and Rs 600 for each additional course.
For candidates belonging to General-Economically Weaker Section (Gen-EWS), Other Backward Classes – Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD), or Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) categories, the fee is Rs 500 for the first course and Rs 400 for each additional course.
Candidates can make corrections in the particulars of their SWAYAM 2025 July semester online application form from November 1 to November 3, 2025.
SWAYAM July 2025 Form: Documents specification
During the SWAYAM 2025 July semester application process, candidates will be required to upload their documents in the specified formats.
- Upload clearly legible scanned images of your photograph, signature, and any applicable documents.
- The recent passport-size photograph should be in colour or black & white, with 80% of the face visible against a white background, in JPG or JPEG format between 10 KB and 200 KB.
- The signature should be uploaded in JPG or JPEG format between 10 KB and 50 KB.
- If applicable, upload a scanned copy of the PwD, PwBD, or UDID certificate in PDF format between 50 KB and 300 KB.
