Download NowNEW DELHI: The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha will begin the CHSE exam for Class 12 commences today. The council will be conducting the modern Indian languages (MIL) for science students on day-1.

The state board exam for class 12 students in Odisha will be held from March 1, 2023 and will conclude on April 5, 2023. The Odisha CHSE exams will be for a duration of three hours. The state board will be releasing the Odisha CHSE 2023 results in July 2023, tentatively.

The exam marks are divided into practicals and theory paper marks- 70 for theory and 30 for practicals. The subjects that do not have a practical examination will be for 100 marks. The Odisha CHSE practical exams 2023 was held from February 1 to 10, 2023.
Odisha CHSE exam guidelines
- Students are required to reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before the commencement of the exam. Prohibited items include- calculators, mobile phones, smart watches, etc.
- Students must carry their CHSE class 12 admit card without fail as entry will not be allowed in case a student forgets it.
- Students are allowed to carry only permissible stationary items inside the examination hall/room.
- The students will be given 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam to read the question paper.
- Students with special needs will be given an hour extra to finish their exam.
