Odisha CPET 2024 state-wide provisional merit list out for PG courses; choice filling from August 6

NEW DELHI: Odisha Higher Education Department has issued the subject-wise, state-wide merit list of Common Postgraduate Entrance Test (CPET) 2024 today, August 5. Candidates who appeared for the entrance test can access the Odisha CPET 2024 merit list through the official website, samsodisha.gov.in.
Candidates will have to select their PG admission subject and enter their hall ticket number to access the Odisha CPET 2024 merit list. The eligible candidates can exercise the choice-filling process from August 6 to 12, 2024. The department will publish the CPET 2024 provisional seat allotment list for round 1 on August 20. The merit list will be issued on the basis of the CPET 2024 entrance test score.
For the CPET 2024 admission process, students will need to select their preferred option of slide-up, freeze, or float and make the online payment of admission fees through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal between August 20 and 24, 2024. Students will have to report to their allotted institutions between August 21 and 24, 2024, to complete the admission process.
The Odisha CPET 2024 counselling process will be held in three rounds. The Odisha CPET 2024 provisional allotment list for round 2 and round 3 will be issued on August 31 and September 10 respectively. For the second round of CPET 2024 counselling, students will need to select their preferred option, slide-up, freeze, or float and make the online payment of admission fees through the SAMS portal between August 31 and September 4, 2024.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to check and download the Odisha CPET 2024 merit list.

Visit the official website, samsodisha.gov.in.

On the homepage, navigate to the ‘Notice’ section, where the CPET merit List 2024 link will be displayed.

Now, select the desired PG admission subject from the drop-down menu.

Enter your ‘Hall Ticket Number’ and click on the ‘Show’ button.

The CPET provisional merit list will appear on the screen.

Download the list and save it for future reference.
