OJEE counselling 2024 registration begins for BTech, BArch, MSc, BCAT; documents required

NEW DELHI: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE 2024) counselling registration begins for BTech, BArch, BPlan, integrated MSc, BCAT. Candidates who have a valid score in OJEE or Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2024) will be eligible to apply for the engineering programmes offered by the participating colleges. The last date to lock choices for OJEE counselling 2024 is July 20.
All eligible candidates will have to register by paying a counselling fee of Rs 450. They will have to fill in their choice of courses and college in the order of preference. Based on the choices filled as on July 16 up to 5 pm, the board will announce the mock allotment results on July 18.
Students will be given a day time period from July 19 to 20 to lock choices based on their chances of getting admission in the desired university.
“From last three years, Biju Pattanaik Film and Television Institute, Odisha (BPFTIO), Cuttack has started offering Bachelor’s Program in Cinematic Art and Technology under three streams i) Cinematography ii) Film Editing and iii) Sound Recording and Design,” it said.
Allotted students have to deposit seat confirmation fees of Rs 10,000 or Rs 5,000 based on the category. General category candidates will have to pay Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000 for SC, ST, PwD Candidates. Fee payment can only be done on the online portal through bill desk, HDFC payment gateway.

OJEE document required
Candidates will have to upload the following documents while filling the counselling application form.
- Downloaded OJEE, JEE Main, NEET UG rank card 2024 or CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GATE, GPAT, NIMCET score card depending on the course of counselling.
- HSC or Class 12 certificate showing the date of birth.
- Class 10, 12 mark sheets
- Final diploma mark sheet for lateral entry to B Tech, BPharm.
- Pass certificate of qualifying examinations.
- Resident or nativity certificate.
- Original SC, ST certificate by birth of state of Odisha.
- Income Certificate for TFW candidates in the format specified.
- EWS and other required certificates.
