A division bench of the Rajasthan HC, in an interim order, stayed an order passed by a single-judge bench allowing the private medical college to increase MBBS seat intake by 100 seats, from 150 to 250. The allocation and joining of students against these seats were made subject to the decision of the Division Bench Special Appeal to be filed in the High Court.
