Rajasthan 12th Science and Commerce result declared; Result of Arts on May 26

NEW DELHI, MAY 23: Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) declared the result of RBSE 12th Science & Commerce.  While the overall pass percentage for Science stream is 86.6, girls have outperfomed boys with a pass percentage of 90.33%. The pass percentage for boys is recorded 85.08.

The overall pass percentage for Rajasthan 12th Commerce is recorded at 91.09. Girls have again outperformed  boys in Commerce stream with a pass percentage 95.42 whereas boys secured 89.23.

The state education minister, Vasudev Devnani released class 12 Science and Commerce results at a press conference at the BSER office in Ajmer. In 2018, approximately 826,278 candidates had appeared for the exams, out of which 2,46,254 were from Science stream, 42,665 students from Commerce stream and 5,37,359 candidates were from Arts stream. Candidates appeared for the exam across 5,507 centres in Rajashtan state.

Last year over 2.34 lakh students had registered for the examination in Science stream while there were 48,113 candidates in commerce stream. The pass percentage for science was 90.36 percent while for commerce was 90.88 percent.
