Rajasthan PG medical fees hit record high as MD Radiology, Dermatology touch Rs 4 crore

The newly published NEET PG 2025 fee structures show that no state, including Karnataka and Maharashtra, has crossed the Rs 3 crore total tuition mark, but multiple colleges in Rajasthan now exceed Rs 4 crore – the highest PG fee ever recorded in India.

Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Umarda and Pacific Medical College and Hospital Udaipur have announced a tuition fee of Rs 1.50 crore per year for MD Radiodiagnosis under management quota seats, taking the total 3–year course fee alone to RS 4.50 crore.
Following this, MD Dermatology at PIMS has been fixed at Rs 1.40 crore per year, which will amount to Rs 4.20 crore over three years, while other major courses like MD General Medicine, MD Obstetrics and Gynaecology have reached Rs 1.30 crore (Rs 3.90 crore for full course).
The Rajasthan NEET PG round 2 registrations are currently underway on the official website, rajpgneet2025.in. The second round merit list and choice filling link will be hosted on December 15.
These college charge Rs 1-crore per year for state seats
Geetanjali Medical College Udaipur, and NIMS University Jaipur have also notified a fee structure ranging between Rs 1.18 crore to Rs 1.25 crore. Notably, Geetanjali college will charge Rs 1.03 crore for MD Radiodiagnosis under All India or state quota seats - which is again the highest in the country for state or AIQ quota seats in private medical colleges.
At American International Institute of Medical Sciences, MD Radiology will cost around Rs 1.20 crore per year, ie Rs 3.60 crore for three years. Dermatology at American institute and Ananta Institute has been fixed at Rs 1.10 crore.
Both Radiology and Dermatology will cost over Rs 1 crore in almost all private medical colleges in Rajasthan.

Candidates allotted seats in these colleges will have to pay a one-time security fee, admission fee and other charges along with the tuition fees. Additionally, some colleges charge hostel fees for single and double-sharing rooms, which have to be paid yearly.
