NEW DELHI: The Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) Kota, has extended the registration deadline again for the Rajasthan Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) 2025. The Rajasthan PTET 2025 application window will now remain open till May 5. Eligible candidates can register for the Rajasthan PTET 2025 exam by visiting the official website at ptetvmoukota2025.in.
The Rajasthan PTET 2025 registration deadline, initially set for April 7, was later extended to April 17. The university has not made any changes to the Rajasthan PTET 2025 exam. The exam will be conducted on June 15 as initially scheduled.
The Rajasthan PTET 2025 exam is conducted for candidates seeking admission to the two-year Bachelor of Education (BEd) programme in various colleges across Rajasthan. The PTET Examination will have a single question paper divided into four sections, including Mental Ability, Teaching Attitude and Aptitude Test, General Awareness, and Language Proficiency.
Each section will contain 50 multiple-choice questions, making a total of 200 questions. The exam duration will be 3 hours, and the paper will be available in English or Hindi, except for the Language Proficiency section. Each question will carry 3 marks, with the total paper worth 600 marks
Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 to register for the Rajasthan PTET 2025 exam. Science stream candidates applying for both the four-year Bachelor of Arts–Bachelor of Education (BA BEd) and Bachelor of Science–Bachelor of Education (BSc BEd) programmes will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1,000.
