REET 2024 in February 2025; registrations from December 1
REET 2024 notification will be issued by November 25. The RBSE board has decided not to revise the application fee.

NEW DELHI : The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2024 will be conducted in February 2025 and the REET 2024 registration will commence from December 1, informed state education minister Madan Dilawar on social media. The detailed REET 2024 notification will be issued by November 25 on the official website of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE).

The education minister also informed that the REET 2024 application fee has been fixed the same as the exam fee taken two years ago. The registration fee was Rs 550 for candidates applying for level 1 or level 2 exam. Those applying for both the levels will be required to make payment of Rs 750.
The detailed notification of the REET exam will mention the exam date, registration details, syllabus, exam pattern, eligibility criteria, marking scheme, selection process, result date, and more.
“The application process for Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Examination (REET) will start from 1st December 2024 by the state government under the able leadership of the honorable Chief Minister of Rajasthan. This examination will be conducted by Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer in February 2025. Detailed notification regarding the examination will be released by 25th November 2024. The examination fee has been fixed the same as REET 2022,” the minister said in a post on X.
REET 2024
Earlier, the state administration said that the REET exam will be conducted in the second week of January 2025. The board also announced that it has decided to revise the minimum passing marks for the competitive exam and to include a fifth option in the examination.
REET exam includes two papers. Level 1 is held to determine the eligibility of teaching aspirants for Classes 1 to 5, and those who qualify in level 2 will be eligible to teach students of Classes 6 to 8 in the government schools of Rajasthan.
