• Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and have completed a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by any name) are also eligible, as per the NCTE (Recognition, Norms, and Procedure) Regulation, 2002.
• Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and should have either completed or be appearing for a two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
