Registration for Haryana Open School exam to begin on Oct 31

NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 29: The Board of Secondary Education Haryana (BSEH) will start the application process for Haryans Open School's class 10 and 12 exams from October 31. Candidates planning to appear for the exams have to fill the online form by November 25.

Applicants can apply for the open school exams through the official website of BSEH. The n would be held between February and March. The application fee for the same is Rs. 800. Students have the option of applying beyond the last date. However, they have to pay the late fee of Rs. 100 more by December 12. If the students fail to pay the fee till that date, they can still pay it by December 31. The late fee in that case would be Rs. 1000 more than the actual fee of Rs. 800.

For class 10 exams, students have to submit their birth certificate or the School Leaving Certificate. They can also submit their secondary certificate.

The HBSE open school result would be declared by the last week of May. In 2018, it was declared on May 31. The pass percentage for class was 53.78 per cent and for class 12 it was 34 per cent. Over 16,000 students appeared for the open school exam of which around 9000 cleared it.
