NEW DELHI, AUGUST 07: People Matters TechHR 2019 unveiled an exclusive research report based on the digital agendas of India Inc organizations titled “State of HR Technology India 2019-20”. He stated, “Sachin & I had the same challenge, he had to prove everyone right and I had to prove everyone wrong.” He further said “It is important for every individual to take up responsibility and act like a captain in their own department.”
Speaking at one of the insightful sessions, Leena Nair, CHRO, Unilever said, “We have to digitize while making our companies, and institutions more human. The more digital you become, the more human you need to be.” Speaking about the enabling role of technology with examples in learning and well-being she said, "For every dollar spent on employee wellness, an organization saves 2.5 dollars.
