NEW DELHI: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has given one more chance to RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC 2019) candidates who failed to get their documents verified before the deadline.
Due to a large number of absentees during regular RRB NTPC 2022 document verification dates, the railway board has decided to give a final chance to complete the process on “block dates”.
“The candidates, who failed to report for documents verification from December 5 to 13 will have to appear on December 26. The remaining candidates, who failed to report for documents verification from dated December 14 to 23 will have to appear on December 27,” the RRB said in its latest notice.
It is further informed that candidates scheduled for December 26 will not be entertained on December 27 for the verification process.
The Railway board had earlier informed that the candidates who fail to report for the document verification on the regular dates assigned to them in their call letter with valid reasons, a second and final chance will be given on the block date.

“In the eventuality of failure to report for the document verification on the scheduled dates, it will tantamount to rejection of candidature unless it is supported by documentary evidence that the candidate had to appear in a University, Government examination or due to sickness of the candidate. No other reason for absence will be considered,” it added.
Candidates can use the e-call letter downloaded for the regular document verification as no fresh e-call letter will be sent by the railway board. The RRB NTPC exam notification was released on February 28, 2019, for the total number of 35,208 vacancies.
