SBI opens application for Youth for India Fellowship 2023 at youthforindia.org; last date to apply is May 31

Youth for India fellowship 2023 applications are open to students aged 21 to 32 years old, who will complete their bachelor’s degree before October 1.
NEW DELHI: The State Bank of India (SBI) foundation has started the process of applications for youth for India fellowship 2023 program at youthforindia.org. This is the eleventh edition of the fellowship. The last date to apply is May 31. As per the official statement, the aim of this fellowship is to provide a framework to young individuals who have graduated recently or are young professionals. This framework will encourage the participants to work for change in rural communities and NGOs functioning at ground level in 17 states.
The official notice specifies that the fellowship will be for a duration of 13 months. The application process for the fellowship is open to Indian citizens, overseas Indian citizens, Bhutan and Nepal citizens. Further, the official notice specifies that the participants will be expected to “adapt to the rural life and work towards sustainable rural development goals”.
The application for SBI Youth for India fellowship 2023 is open for those students aged 21 to 32 years old, who will complete their bachelor’s degree before October 1, 2023. Once applied, the candidates will go through two stages of application process. The first stage will included registration and online assessment while second stage will include personal interview.

As per the official statement, the Youth for India fellowship programme impacted more than 1,00,000 individuals through intervention programmes in 12 various thematic areas which were carried out in more than 200 villages in India across 20 states.
Youth for India fellowship programme began in 2011. SBI is the corporate social responsibility arm of State Bank Group.
