The bank had conducted the selection process in three stages - preliminary exam, mains exam and psychometric test. The SBI PO prelims exam 2023 results were declared on November 21. Selected candidates appeared for the mains exam and the results were declared in January.
Following this, the SBI PO psychometric test for personality profiling was held from January 16 and interview round from January 21. The third phase carries 50 marks - 20 marks for group exercise round and 30 marks for interview round.
For the final selection, candidates will have to qualify both in SBI PO Mains exam and psychometric and interview rounds separately. The marks obtained in Main examination (Phase-II), both in the objective test and the descriptive test, will be added to the marks obtained in phase 3 for preparing the final merit list.
Candidates should note that the score secured in prelims will not be added to calculate the aggregate marks. It will also use a normalisation method to prepare the final merit list.
