Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID), Pune will be conducting the Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED) 2023 exam on January 8, 2023, Sunday. The SEED exam registration 2023 process has started online at sid.edu.in. The last date to submit the SEED 2023 application form is November 30, 2022. Candidates interested in taking this SEED exam for design are advised to check and apply for the SEED exam 2023 only if they meet the eligibility criteria as set by the SEED exam conducting SID.

In order to complete the SEED exam registration, students have to pay an application fee of Rs 1750 in online mode. The SEED entrance exam 2023 will be conducted in an online computer-based mode in around 80 cities across India.

SEED exam eligibility 2023
Students who completed class 12 (10+2) or an equivalent government-approved diploma (10+3) in any stream from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST) are eligible to apply for the SEED entrance exam 2023.
Steps to fill the SEED application form 2023

Step 1: First, visit the official SID SEED 2023 website - sid.edu.in.

Step 2: Then, go to the “Click here” link.

Step 3: The link will redirect to the SEED 2023 registration page. From there, click the “Register” link to fill out the registration form.

Step 4: Next, enter the essential valid information such as personal, communication, academic, etc.

Step 5: After entering the information, upload all the required documents in the prescribed size and format.

Step 6: Next, pay the SEED application form fee of Rs 1,750 in online mode using any payment gateway.

Step 7: Finally, preview and submit the completed SEED 2023 application form.

SEED exam pattern 2023
According to the SEED 2023 exam pattern, the SEED entrance exam 2023 will be an online computer-based test of 150 minutes (2.5 hours) carrying around 150 multiple objective questions divided into many sections.
As per the SEED marking scheme, 1 mark will be awarded for every correct attempt and there is no negative marking for the incorrect response.

Selection for B.Des admission would be based on the cumulative performance of the students in the Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED 2023), Portfolio Review, PRPI Task, and Personal Interaction as well as on the basis of the details provided by the student in the SEED 2023 application form and the chosen specialization.
