SNAP Exam 2025: Things to carry

Candidates must ensure they bring all required items to the SNAP test centre for verification and entry into the exam hall.

  • Printed copy of the SNAP 2025 test 2 admit card.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving licence or passport) for identity verification.
  • PwD certificate, if applicable.

Candidates are not permitted to bring electronic gadgets, calculators, written notes, or any other prohibited items into the examination hall.

SNAP Exam Pattern 2025

The SNAP 2025 exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes, with no sectional time limits. The paper is divided into three sections: 15 questions in General English, 25 in Analytical and Logical Reasoning, and 20 in Quantitative, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency.

As per the SNAP marking scheme, each correct answer carries +1 mark, while each incorrect answer deducts 0.25 marks.

The SNAP test allows up to three attempts, and for final shortlisting, the highest score among these attempts is considered for percentile calculation, with no normalisation across tests.

The institute will announce the SNAP 2025 results on January 9, 2026, and candidates will be selected based on the final merit list, which includes SNAP scores, group exercises (GE), and personal interactions (PI).
