SPJIMR PGDM programme builds foundational skills in functional and general management in the first year. The second year focuses on specialisations and a six-month industry-integrated learning project.

The SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) has opened admissions for the fifth batch of its Post Graduate Diploma in Management Online (PGDM Online) programme. The two-year, AICTE-approved programme is designed for working professionals and allows participants to pursue management education without leaving their jobs.
SPJIMR offers the programme with a focus on functional and general management in the first year. The second year includes micro-specialisations and a six-month Industry Integrated Learning Project (IILP), along with a module on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
As per the institute, the PGDM online programme also offers an optional international immersion, which provides exposure to global business practices and cross-cultural learning. Additionally, students engage in three five-day on-campus immersions at SPJIMR’s Mumbai campus for faculty interaction, peer networking, workshops, and sessions with industry leaders.

Debmallya Chatterjee, Chairperson of PGDM Online at SPJIMR, states that the programme is designed for professionals to continue their careers while developing skills in analytical thinking, cross-functional decision-making, and leadership.
“SPJIMR’s PGDM Online is built for professionals who want to grow without pressing pause on their careers. It recognises the realities of work, family and ambition and brings high-impact management learning directly into your life. The programme helps you move from doing to leading, from executing to influencing and from managing today’s responsibilities to shaping tomorrow’s opportunities,” he said.
