SPJIMR Placements 2023-25: All 336 students placed; highest package Rs 89 LPA
SPJIMR Placement 2025: Consulting, FMCG, general management, BFSI, and tech were the major recruiting sectors.

NEW DELHI: The SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) concluded 2023-25 placements for PGDM and PGDM (BM) programmes. All 336 students secured offers, achieving 100% placement. As per the official press release from SPJIMR, this is the largest batch in the institute’s history.
A total of 162 participants received pre-placement offers, which covered 48% of the batch. As per SPJIMR placement 2023-25 data, 5% of the batch received offers of Rs 40 LPA or higher. The average package for SPJIMR placement 2023-2025 stood at Rs 32 LPA, with over 53% of the batch securing offers exceeding Rs 30 LPA. As per SPJIMR placement 2023-2025 records, more than 90% of students have received offers above Rs 25 LPA.
SPJIMR Placements 2025: Highest domestic package Rs 81 LPA
The median annual salary was Rs 30.50 LPA. A total of 86 companies, including 27 first-time recruiters, participated in the SPJIMR placement process. The highest domestic package of SPJIMR placement 2023-2025 reached Rs 81 LPA, while the highest international package was Rs 89 LPA.
SPJIMR autumn internship
A total of 75 companies participated in the SPJIMR autumn internship, out of which 40% were first-time recruiters. The average stipend for the two-month internship was Rs. 3,15,000, while the median stipend (2 months) was Rs. 3,10,000. The highest stipend (2 months) offered was of Rs. 4,40,000.

SPJIMR Placements 2023-2025: Sector-wise data
Consulting firms accounted for 40% of the offers, making it the leading sector in SPJIMR placement 2025. Prominent recruiters included Accenture Strategy, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Infosys Consulting, KPMG, PwC, and Praxis Global Alliance.
FMCG
The FMCG sector contributed to 33% of the marketing cohort's in the SPJIMR placements. Key recruiters included Hindustan Unilever, P&G, Nestlé, ITC, Marico, and Mondelez, offering significant opportunities.
BFSI
The BFSI sector contributed 30% of the finance cohort, with participation from banks, investment banks, and buy-side firms such as O3 Capital, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, Kotak Mahindra Group, DBS, ICICI Prudential, Aequitas, Pinpoint Asset Management, IIFL Finance, and Motilal Oswal.

Tech
In the tech sector, 36% of the information management specialisation secured roles in companies like American Express, BookMyShow, Darwinbox, Bajaj Finserv, HCL Technologies, Intuit, MakeMyTrip, Paytm, and Play Simple Games.
General management
Total 15% of students received offers for general management roles in SPJIMR placements 2023-25. Major recruiters included Aditya Birla Group, Mahindra MLP, RPG, Reliance, Tata Administrative Services, and Zomato.
E-commerce
As per SPJIMR, 10% of the batch was received offers from e-commerce and quick commerce companies like Amazon, Purplle, and Zomato. The manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate sectors, including Johnson & Johnson, AMNS, Godrej Properties, and PI, extended offers to about 6% of the participants.
