Staff Selection Commission is going to conduct the SSC CGL 2021 exam from August 13 (today) onwards across the nation at various exam centres. Check important guidelines.

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has scheduled to conduct the SSC CGL 2021 exam from today, August 13 onwards in online mode. The SSC CGL tier 1 2021 exam will be conducted in three shifts. Students need to carry the SSC CGL admit card 2021 along with the valid photo identity card. For biometric registration, the left hand impression of the candidates will be collected at the SSC CGL exam centre with the help of a biometric machine.
SSC has ensured that the biometric devices will be sanitized after every use and all necessary precautions will be taken.

To avoid any hassle, students must know the SSC CGL do’s and don’ts for the exam day
During the SSC CGL tier 1 2021 exam, examinees are not allowed to take off their mask.
Students are advised that they must carry COVID-19 essentials along with the SSC CGL tier 1 admit card. The COVID-19 essentials include masks, personal hand sanitizer (50 ml), ball-point pen, transparent water bottle.
Reach the exam centre at least 45 minutes before the reporting time mentioned in the admit card of SSC CGL 2021. Use of safe mode of transportation and follow all the guidelines provided by the government regarding COVID-19 such as following social distancing, use of the mask and others.
Note: Candidates are not allowed to carry any kind of electronic devices, gadgets or extra paper to the examination hall. If found guilty, strict action will be taken. The extra paper for rough work will be provided by the exam centre authority.
