NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has begun the online application correction facility for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGL) 2024 today, August 10. Eligible candidates who want to edit their SSC CGL 2024 application form can do so through the official website at ssc.gov.in till 11 pm. The last date to make changes to the SSC CGL 2024 application form is August 11, 2024.

To make corrections in the SSC CGL 2024 application form, candidates need to log in using their valid credentials, including their registration number and password. Candidates will be permitted to make changes to specific details such as the candidate's name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, gender, and matriculation roll number in the SSC CGL 2024 application form.
“A candidate will be allowed to correct and re-submit his modified/ corrected application two times during the ‘Window for Application Form Correction’ i.e. if he has made a mistake in his updated application also, he will be allowed to re-submit one more modified/ corrected application after making requisite corrections/ modifications. No more corrections in the application form will be allowed under any circumstances,” the official notice read.
Candidates who want to make online corrections to the SSC CGL 2024 application form will have to pay Rs 200 for the first time and Rs 500 for the second time to resubmit their online applications after modification. The SSC CGL exam 2024 tier 1 is tentatively scheduled to be held in the month of September-October and tier-2 will be held in December 2024.
The commission will issue the SSC CGL 2024 admit card on the official website of the respective regions. The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 17,727 vacancies in Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts.

To edit the SSC CGL 2024 application form, candidates should follow these steps:

Visit the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in.

On the homepage, click on the "Login" tab and enter the necessary details.

Locate and click on the link for SSC CGL 2024 application form correction.

Make the required changes to the application form.

Review all the updated details and proceed to make the payment.

Finally, download the updated form and print a copy for future reference.
