Download NowThe Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued notification for the SSC Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2026. Candidates can apply for the SSC CHSL 2026 exam on the official website at ssc.gov.in by October 7. The commission has offered 2,536 tentative vacancies for the SSC CHSL 2026 recruitment.

Candidates can apply for SSC CHSL 2026 by paying Rs 100. The final vacancies for SSC CHSL will be determined after scrutiny of the documents provided by the departments.
SSC CHSL exam dates 2026 are yet to announced by the commission.
Additionally, women candidates and other candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of the fee.
The candidate will have to carry a printout of the SSC CHSL hall ticket to the examination hall. However, candidates who could not undergo Aadhaar-based authentication will be required to report to the exam centre at least two hours before the exam begins.

Two-tier CBT in SSC CHSL 2026
The SSC CHSL 2026 computer-based examination will be held in two tiers, and the marks scored by the candidates in CBT, if conducted in multiple shifts, will be normalised by a method set by the commission.
Candidates must note that the facility to download SSC CHSL 2026 admission certificates will be made available 2-3 days before the examination on the website of the commission.

The last date for SSC CHSL 2026 application fee payment is October 10. SSC CHSL 2026 application correction window will be open from October 14 to 16.
