Download NowNEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has revised the exam dates for Phase 12 and Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (CHSL) 2024. As per the official notice, the SSC CHSL 2024 exam will be conducted from July 1 to 11 and phase 12 will be held on June 20, 21, 24, 25, and 26.

The SSC CHSL 2024 exam was initially scheduled to take place from July 1 to 12, while the SSC Phase 12 exam was slated for May 6 to 8, 2024. The registration deadline for SSC CHSL 2024 was May 7, with the form correction window opened from May 10 to 11, 2024.
“The schedule of ‘Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination, 2024 (Paper-I)’ will remain the same i.e. Jube 27 to 29, 2024,” the official notice read.
The commission will soon issue the admit card for SSC CHSL and Phase 12 on the official website. The commission has reported a total of 3,712 vacancies for SSC CHSL 2024.
According to the SSC CHSL 2024 age criteria, applicants must be between 18 years old and 27 years old as of the cut-off date set by the SSC. The upper age limit for general category candidates is 27 years, while reserved category candidates are granted age relaxation in the upper age limit.

SSC CHSL 2024: Exam pattern
The SSC CHSL tier 1 exam will have 100 questions, each carrying two marks, with a penalty of 0.50 marks for each incorrect answer. Candidates will have up to one hour to complete the examination. The subject-wise question distribution is provided in the table below.
