SSC GD constable final results 2023 out for Manipur candidates

SSC GD 2023 Exam: The result for the Manipur state which encompasses 597 vacancies is declared at ssc.gov.in.
NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the result of the General Duty (GD) constable exam for Manipur today, March 21. The commission declared the same result on March 15 but withdrew it due to mistakes in compiling the data . The results of two candidates have been withheld by the commission.
Due to the law-and-order situation in Manipur, at the time of declaring the final result of the SSC GD exam 2023, the physical and medical tests could not be conducted. Consequently, the result for the Manipur state , which encompasses 597 vacancies, could not be announced on August 20, 2023.
The Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) of candidates from the Manipur state were conducted by the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) from May 1, 2023, to May 3, 2023, and from November 1, 2023, to November 6, 2023.
Candidates from Manipur who appeared in the SSC GD Constable recruitment exam 2022-24 can download the final result from the new official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in. Previously, the final result of the GD Constable in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), rifleman (GD) in Assam rifles, and sepoy in narcotics control bureau examination, 2022, was announced on August 20, 2023 for all states except Manipur.
As per the official notice, the final result was processed for 49,590 vacancies, wherein 45,217 candidates including 40,229 male and 4,988 female candidates were provisionally recommended for appointment and the candidature of 1,337 candidates was kept withheld.
