Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the junior hindi translator (SSC JHT 2023) tomorrow. Candidates can download the SSC JHT 2023 admit card on the official website, ssc.nic.in.
The exam will consist of two papers of 200 marks each. The computer-based Paper 1 will have two sections – general hindi and general english . Each section will have 100 multiple choice questions of one mark each. Paper II will be based on descriptive translation and essay. It will be of 200 marks. Candidates will have to attempt each paper in two hours.
For every correct answer, candidates will be awarded one mark while .25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in Paper I. Marks scored by candidates in the computer-based examination will be normalised, which will be used to determine final merit and cut-off marks.
The SSC will release the tentative answer key of SSC JHT 2023 Paper I following the exam. Candidates may go through the Answer Keys and submit objections online on payment of Rs 100 per question, which is non-refundable.

The candidates will have to carry the admit card, along with at least two passport size recent colour photographs and an original valid photo ID proof. The latter should have the date of birth as printed on the admit card. Candidates can carry photo Id such as Aadhaar Card, votee’s ID card. Driving Licence, PAN card, passport, school or college ID Card etc. If teh photo Id card does not have the date of birth printed on it then the candidate must carry an additional original document as proof of their date of birth.

- Go to the official website of SSC, ssc.nic.in.
- Click on the ‘admit card’ link
- Now, click on the ‘region’ link
- Enter login credentials in the provided space
- Click on the search button
- SSC JHT admit card 2023 will be displayed.
