Subrat Mohanty appointed as Manipal Education and Medical Group’s president

NEW DELHI, MAY 27: Manipal Education and Medical Group (MEMG), the privately held conglomerate, announced the appointment of Subrat Mohanty as its Group President. Mr. Mohanty will spearhead business performance and strategy across the Group’s interests in education, healthcare and health insurance.
Prior to assuming the current role, he was the Chief Operating Officer at HDFC Life responsible for a wide range of functions including strategy, operations, technology, digital and health insurance. He has also donned leadership roles at Infosys and had started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
As president, his focus will be on building synergies for expanding the businesses of MEMG as well as developing new engines of growth, both in the national and international markets.
