921 candidates ineligible for Tamil Nadu NEET PG Counselling 2025; grievance, PwD portals open till Oct 23

Tamil Nadu NEET PG Counselling 2025: DMER Selection Committee has opened a grievance portal to upload documents and seek eligibility under government, NRI, management, and minority quotas.

Use NowA total of 921 candidates have been declared ineligible across various quotas for the Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling 2025. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research has opened multiple grievance portals for such candidates to upload relevant documents and seek eligibility for admission to MD, MS, and PG diploma courses. As per the official data, the 332 candidates have been deemed ineligible under the government quota, 265 under the NRI category, 221 under the management quota, 35 under Christian minority, 59 under Telugu minority, and nine under Malayalam minority.
The grievance portal for uploading relevant documents to rectify the errors has been activated at the official website, pgdocs25.tnmedicalonline.co.in/pgmqling. Candidates will be able to upload certificates between October 19 and October 23.
Grievances submitted after the deadline will not be considered, and no individual communication will be sent to candidates in this regard, the officials clarified.

Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025: PwD certificate process begins
Additionally, the state selection committee has begun the verification process for candidates applying under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category. The verification portal specifically developed for PwD candidates – pgdocs25.tnmedicalonline.co.in/pggqpwd/ – will also remain open until October 23.
Such candidates are required to carry the following documents to get their PwD certificate as per the NMC norms.
- NEET PG result card,
- Valid UDID card issued by the designated medical authority,
- Self-certified affidavits in the specified format.
The PwD certificate will be generated as per the disability mentioned on the UDID card and affidavit, and fulfillment of eligibility criteria subject to Board assessment of functional competencies.
The registration for Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling 2025 started early September and was available till September 16. Later, the last date was extended till September 18. The complete schedule for round 1 TN NEET PG counselling is yet to be announced on the official website, tnmedicalselection.net.
