TANCET 2025: Candidates will be able to download the TANCET 2025 notification through the official website, tancet.annauniv.edu.
NEW DELHI: Anna University will issue the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2025 notification on January 19. Candidates will be able to download the TANCET 2025 notification through the official website, tancet.annauniv.edu. In the previous exam session, TANCET notification was released on January 6.
The TANCET registrations in the previous session commenced on January 10. With the delay in the TANCET notification this year, candidates can expect a slight change in the TANCET exam schedule.
TANCET 2025 registrations are expected to start by the last week of January 2025. Candidates will likely get a month to apply for the Tamil Nadu CET exam 2025. This year, candidates can expect the TANCET exam date around the mid of March, 2025.
The TANCET 2025 notification will have important details such as TANCET exam dates, registration schedule and application fee. TANCET 2025 exam is conducted for state-level MBA and MCA admissions.

Along with the TANCET exam notification, Anna University will also issue the CEETA PG 2025 notification. CEETA PG exam is administered for state level PG admissions into MTech, and MArch courses. The exam dates for both the exams will be different.

TANCET 2025: Eligibility criteria
- Interested candidates must have a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent from a recognised institute with a minimum aggregate of 50 per cent (45 per cent for reserved categories).
- Candidates who have appeared for the final year exams of their bachelor’s degree are also eligible for the TANCET 2025 exam. However such candidates must ensure they meet the academic eligibility requirements during the TN MBA admissions. The detailed eligibility criteria will be announced once the notification is issued on the official website.
