Anna University: Candidates can apply for TANCET and CEETA PG 2026 on the official website, tancet.annauniv.edu, by April 10.

Anna University Chennai has started accepting applications for Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2026 and Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admissions (CEETA-PG) 2026 today. Candidates can apply for TANCET 2026 and CEETA PG 2026 on the official website, tancet.annauniv.edu, by April 10.
Anna University will conduct TANCET 2026 on May 9 and CEETA PG 2026 on May 10 across 15 cities in Tamil Nadu.
TANCET 2026 MCA exam will be held in the forenoon session from 10 am to 12 noon and MBA in the afternoon session from 2:30 to 4:30 pm. While CEETA PG 2026 will be held from 10 to 12 noon, in a single session for all postgraduate engineering courses.
The application fee for both the TANCET and CEETA PG 2026 exams is shown below.

For exam preparation, candidates can check the previous year's question papers for the management and engineering entrance exam available on the official website.
As per the exam pattern, the TANCET MBA paper will be divided into five sections as shown in the table below.

In the TANCET 2026 exam, for every correct answer, candidates will be awarded one mark, and 1/3 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
TANCET 2026 entrance exam is held for MBA and MCA admissions and CEETA PG for ME and MTech admission at departments, constituent colleges of Anna University, Annamalai University, government and government-aided colleges, and self-financing colleges in Tamil Nadu. Notably, a stipend of Rs 60,000 will be awarded to top-ranked CEETA PG qualified candidates, as per the norms.
