Telangana: National Merit Scholarship 2024 fresh registration, renewal last date is October 31
Students who have passed Telangana IPE Class 12 exam 2024 will have to apply through the official website, scholarships.gov.in. Revised guidelines.

NEW DELHI: Telangana Board of Intermediate Education has announced the last date to submit applications for National Merit Scholarship for college and university students is October 31. The facility is available for students who have passed intermediate Class 12 exam 2024 for submitting fresh applications and renewal of scholarships awarded earlier.
The ministry of education, Central Sector Scholarship Scheme for college and university students of national scholarship, announced the last date for both fresh applications and renewal applications to be Octobers 31. This is applicable for students who passed the TS Class 12th intermediate exam in the state.
Students who were earlier selected for the national scholarship will also be allowed to renew their applications for the academic year 2024-25. The last date for verification of Institute Nodal Officer (INO) is November 15. Students will have to apply through the official website, scholarships.gov.in.
“The list of top 20th percentile of provisionally selected candidates of IPE 2024 is (59355), (GEN+OBC+SC+ST), OBC (32392), SC (8089), ST (5198) available on our official website i.e. tgbie.cgg.gov.in,” it informed.
As per the revised guidelines notified by the education ministry, "the students who missed to apply for renewal of application online on NSP will be allowed to apply for renewal of scholarship for subsequent year on NSP, if he/she fulfils eligibility conditions for renewal".
“The OTR ID of these applicants will be generated by the NIC-NSP and will be sent to their registered mobile number. Then these applicants (list enclosed) need to approach the Ministry with the valid documents to ascertain their eligibility for the renewal, and after verifying, the Ministry makes them eligible for the renewal in the AY 2024-25,” it added.
