The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has announced the Telangana Education Common Entrance Test (TG EdCET) 2026 result on the official website of TGCHE at edcet.tgche.ac.in. To access the TG EdCET 2026 rank card, applicants need to enter the details, including EdCET hall ticket number & date of birth.

Along with the result, the authority has also released the candidate’s scores, ranks, final answer key and qualifying status. The state-level entrance examination for B.Ed admissions was held on May 12, 2026, for entry into participating colleges in Telangana.

The rank card includes key information such as the candidate's name, registration and hall ticket numbers, marks scored, rank obtained, and photograph.

TG EdCET rank card 2026: How to download

To download the TG EdCET 2026 rank card, candidates can follow these step:

  • Visit the official website of TGCHE at edcet.tgche.ac.in
  • On the homepage, click on the rank card download link
  • Enter the details, including EdCET hall ticket number & date of birth and then submit
  • The TG EdCET 2026 result will appear on the screen
  • Download the TG EdCET 2026 rank card and take a printout for future reference

TG EdCET rank card 2026: What’s next?

Applicants who have passed the exam successfully, will now become eligible for the counselling which is likely to start in June 2026. The admission process will be conducted in multiple stages, including online application, document verification, choice filling, seat allotment, and final admission reporting. Candidates are advised to keep all necessary documents ready, such as Class 10 and 12 certificates, degree marksheets, TG EdCET 2026 rank card, valid photo ID, and any category or special reservation certificates, if applicable.

TG EdCET 2026: Participating colleges

Candidates who qualified the TG EdCET 2026 examination will be eligible to seek admission to a range of B.Ed colleges and universities across Telangana. Some of the prominent participating institutions include Osmania University, Kakatiya University, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, English and Foreign Languages University, Telangana University, and Maulana Azad National Urdu University. Other participating institutions include Shadan College of Education, Gajwel College of Education, and Aradhana College of Education. Admissions to these institutions will be carried out through the TG EdCET counselling process based on candidates' ranks and preferences.
