UCEED 2022 registration to begin on September 9; Keep these documents ready

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay will release the UCEED 2022 application form on September 9. The UCEED registration can be done only in online mode at the official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in. Interested students can fill the UCEED application form 2022 till October 17. Applicants have to attach the required documents and pay the application fee to complete the UCEED exam registration process.

UCEED registration 2022 - Documents required
Aspirants have to provide the requisite details and documents while filling the UCEED 2022 application form. It is advised to keep all the enclosures ready before commencing with the UCEED application form filling. Check the list of documents and certificates needed while registering for UCEED 2022.

Passport size photograph - The recent passport photograph taken within the last six months (face) with the head in the centre covering the frame 70% to 80% of the photograph.

Scanned copy of the candidate’s signature - Aspirants must sign the signature on a white paper and scan it.

Certificate of the qualifying exam in pdf format

A certificate from the school/college principal in the specified format mentioned in the official brochure(Appendix 1) for the candidates appearing for the qualifying exam in 2022.

A gazette notification showing the change of name if the name of a candidate is not the same in the class 10+2 certificate.

OBC - NCl, ST, SC, EWS or PwD certificates if applicable

A request letter in accordance with specified format in Appendix 10 of UCEED information brochure for the PwD candidates requiring scribe and/or compensatory time (20 minutes/hour) during the exam. Note that the compensatory time for part A is non-transferable to part B or vice versa.
Applicants need to attach the enclosures and fill in the details while filling out the UCEED 2021 application form in the specified size and format as mentioned in the table below.

Aspirants registering for UCEED 2022 after October 10 will have to pay an extra Rs 500/US $ 50 as late fee. Aspirants can fill the UCEED registration form by paying the late fees from October 11 to October 17, 2021. Applicants can pay the registration fee through payment gateways using net banking/credit/debit card.
About UCEED
Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is qualifying exam for BDes admission in IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad and IIITDM Jabalpur. The UCEED exam is conducted by IIT Bombay at national level under the guidance of the UCEED-CEED Implementation Committee (UCI Committee). UCEED 2022 will be conducted on January 23 from 9 am to 12 at 24 cities across the nation.
