NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the admit card for the University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2024 session. It has clarified that the UGC NET admit card 2024 has been out for exams scheduled on January 3, 6, 7, and 8.
Candidates who have registered for the UGC NET December 2024 will have to key in their application number, password or date of birth and security pin to download the hall ticket from the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in. As per the schedule, the NTA will conduct the NET exam for 85 subjects in computer-based test (CBT) mode at different cities across the country from January 3 to 16.
“UGC-NET December-2024: Admit Card is live only for exams scheduled on 3rd, 6th, 7th and 8th January 2025. Admit card for exam scheduled on other dates will be live later,” the NTA said.
The NTA has also advised candidates to check their photo, signature, barcode and QR code on the UGC NET admit card while downloading. In case, any of the particulars is missing in the admit card, candidates have been instructed to re-download the hall ticket. The UGC NET admit cards for those who are appearing in the subsequent exam dates will be issued later.

The NTA will conduct the UGC NET exam in two shifts - shift 1 will commence at 9 am and conclude at 12 noon and shift 2 will be conducted from 3 pm to 6 pm. The exam schedule for January 6, 7, 8 is given below.
