UGC NET 2025 December answer key out; challenge by January 17

UGC NET 2025 December: Candidates have to pay Rs 200 per question for raising objections against the answer key, on the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the answer key for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) for December 2025 exams, along with recorded responses and question papers. Candidates can download the UGC NET 2025 answer key on the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in by entering their date of birth and password.

The testing agency has also opened the window for candidates to raise objections against the UGC NET 2025 December answer key. Those who are not satisfied with any question or answer can submit objections against the provisional answer key by January 17.

The objective fee to raise challenges against the UGC NET 2025 December is Rs 200. All the objections will be reviewed by subject experts appointed by the NTA. If any challenge is found valid, the testing agency will make the corrections.

The changes made in the UGC NET 2025 by the NTA will be shown in the final answer key and the result. The UGC NET 2025 December final result will be published only after the review process is over.

The competitive exam was conducted from December 31 to January 7 to determine candidates eligibility for the post of assistant professor, Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), and PhD admissions.

As per the marking scheme, the UGC NET 2025 question paper carries two marks for each correct response. However, there is no negative marking.
