Download NowNEW DELHI: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued a notification and urged students studying in state board schools to register for Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024. State board students will be able to register for CUET UG 2024 form through the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.

As per the notification, CUET UG 2024 will be conducted in hybrid mode from May 15 to May 31 2024 in 13 languages. The result for the same is likely to be declared by June 30, 2023. The dates may vary depending on the National Election Schedule, UGC said.
CUET UG registration 2024 deadline extended
The CUET UG registration 2024 deadline has been extended till March 31. Following which, the National Testing Agency will open the CUET UG 2024 application correction window will open on April 2. Candidates who have registered for the exam will be able to make changes in their CUET UG 2024 application form till April 3.

The list of participating universities is displayed on NTA's website https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/. According to UGC around 15 lakhs students participated in the CUET UG exam last year.
Unlike previous years, where candidates could select up to 10 subjects, students can now apply for a maximum of six test papers (four or five domain subjects, including General Test and one or two languages).
The NTA is conducting the CUET exam for admission into undergraduate programmes in central universities under the Ministry of Education, and other participating universities, institutions, organisations, autonomous colleges since the year 2022.
