University of Leicester Admission 2023: Application for MSc in satellite data science open

NEW DELHI: The University of Leicester has opened the application window for admission to its MSc in satellite data science programme for the September 2023 session. The application for the 12-months MSc programme can be done through Fateh Education. Candidates can apply by July 21 at fateheducation.com. However, if the capacity limit of the course is met before the deadline, applications will be closed early, a university statement said.
University of Leicester’s MSc in satellite data science seeks to help students gain insights and expertise in data analysis on uptake, use and commercialisation of earth observation data. To make the students more confident, the programme will help the students develop innovative solutions and technical skills through project-based learning.

The University of Leicester is the UK hub of Earth observations research and expertise, a statement issued in this regard said. The program is designed for graduates who takes interest in understanding the principles of remote sensing during the time of writing computer programming in high performance computing infrastructure.
Talking about the University of Leicester’s course in Satellite Data Science, Suneet Singh Kochar, CEO of Fateh Education, said, “This course offers a broad-based education in data analytics techniques suitable for careers in data science in multiple sectors. Indian students can benefit a lot from the program and build promising careers in the sector both back home and abroad.”
