University of London’s Birkbeck partners with Oxford International to boost international student intake

Study in UK: Oxford International Education Services (OIES) will aid Birkbeck, University of London, to scale and diversify student enrolment.
NEW DELHI: Birkbeck, University of London has partnered with Oxford International Education Group (OIEG), a global education provider, to increase its international student intake. Birkbeck is a research institution, which is a member of the University of London. The university has also started online applications for postgraduate programmes such as MSc International Business, MSc Management and LLM Law General.
The new partnership aims at attracting more international students by providing advantage of Birkbeck’s interactive learning and group work. The students studying in Birkbeck will enjoy all the facilities available to University of London as they are provided degrees by the latter.
Birkbeck has recently started daytime programmes in addition to evening teaching on its central London campus. Birkbeck is now providing ‘anytime’ access to its exceptional learning environment and wider student community.
Study Abroad: OIEG partnerships
The partnership comes following the recent collaboration of OIEG UK with Kent University and Edinburgh Napier University. Oxford International Education Services (OIES), a division of OIEG in India, aids university partners to scale and diversify student enrolment. With over 50,000 successful admissions to-date, OIES facilitates connections for students with the pathways, vocational training, language courses, and direct degree opportunities.

OIEG development officer chief David Pilsbury said, “We are delighted to have been chosen to support the next stage of Birkbeck’s international journey and look forward to working with staff and students to build an even more exciting and dynamic community.
