UP BTech Counseling 2023: AKTU announces schedule; registration begins from July 24
UP BTech Counseling 2023: The last date to apply is August 5. Round 1 seat allotment result will be announced on August 14.

NEW DELHI: The APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has released the UP BTech counselling 2023 schedule on the official website – uptac.admissions.nic.in. Candidates who have qualified the Joint Entrance Exam Main 2023 can apply for the counselling process on the official website -- uptac.admissions.nic.in.
The UP BTech counselling process 2023 will be conducted in 7 rounds. The registration process for the first round of counselling will start on July 24 and will end on August 5 by 3 PM. The round 1 seat allocation result will be announced on August 14.
The round 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 will start on Aug 17, Aug 21, Aug 27, Aug 29, Sept 1 and Sept 6, respectively. The fifth round will be for internal sliding of courses while the last two rounds will be special rounds for government institutions.
The counselling process includes initial registration, fee payment, document verification, filling and locking choices and seat allotment.
How to register for UP BTech 2022 counselling and choice filling?
- Firstly, visit the UP BTech counselling website -- uptac.admissions.nic.in.
- Click on 'New Registration' link
- Submit the required details and make counselling fee payment.
- Now, login to the website again with allotted credentials
- Proceed for the UP BTech choice filling and lock the choices after filling
- Take the printout of the application form and choice preferences page for future reference.
Documents required for UP BTech counselling 2022
The following documents are essential during UP BTech counselling process:
- Class 10 and 12 passing certificate and mark sheet.
- Domicile certificate/ Rural weightage certificate (if applicable).
- JEE Main scorecard and admit card.
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Medical certificate
- Character certificate (issued by the head of the institution last attended)
- Income certificate (for EWS candidates)
