The final decision to conduct the UP Board exams is likely to be made by the end of May. The whole situation will be discussed with the Chief Minister of UP and a decision will be taken after analyzing the whole situation, deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma said.

The minister further said that the question papers of UP Board exams 2021 have been prepared and already printed.
“In the meeting with Rajnath Singh, 90% of states demanded to conduct 12th exams as Class 12 results are counted in for further education of a student. We've discussed our situation with the Centre,” Deputy CM of UP Dinesh Sharma told ANI.
The minister further added, ‘We have already printed the papers, made sets of decoded copies, and allocated 8,513 centers to follow social distancing during examinations. We're analysing COVID situation. We'll discuss with the CM and final decision will likely be taken by the end of this month.”

While talking about the UP Board exams, UP Health Minister Jai Pratap Singh said, “When the education dept will finalise (dates for 12th board exams) then the health dept will see how to maintain COVID protocols in centers. We've conducted panchayat polls and other programs following COVID protocols. So, it won't be difficult for us.”
Lately, the government has decided to postpone the UP Board exam 2021 due to a spike in the number of COVID cases in the state. The exams were scheduled to be held from May 8, 2021. Students registered for the UP Board Class 12 exams must keep an eye on the official website of UP Board to get all the updates on UP Board exams 2021.
