UP Board Exam 2021 Date Sheet LIVE: Decision on State Boards, JEE, NEET Exam by June 1

A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court by Advocate Mamta Sharma for the cancellation of CBSE board exams 2021. Advocate Sharma in the petition has requested to evaluate the CBSE 12th result on an ‘objective methodology’.

Lately, after the postponed CBSE board exams came to light, students took social media to request the cancellation of exams. Students have requested PM Modi to cancel CBSE 12th board exam 2021 using hashtag #modiji_cancel12thboards on Twitter

Ministry of Education has released a notification on the postpone CBSE 12th board exam exams. The decision on Class 12 exams will be taken after reviewing the situation on June 1, 2021.

As per Eenadu newspaper, the AP intermediate exams 2021 are expected to be held in the month of July, check complete details.

UP Government has decided to further postpone the UP Board 12th exams 2021.  The UPMSP Class 12 exams 2021 will now be held in the second week of July 2021, if the situation normalizes. Whereas, As per the UP board exam 2021 class 10 new update, the UP Government has cancelled the Class 10 board exams. All the students will be promoted to the next class now. 

This year, a total of 26,10,316 students have registered for the Class 12 UP board exam 2021. The board will conduct exams with all precautions and by following all rules to prevent to spread of COVID-19. To ensure social distansing, the board has increased the number of exam centres in the state.  

Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad or UPMSP will announce UP board 12th exam date 2021 through the official website, upmsp.edu.in. The deputy chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Dinesh Sharma has announced that Class 12 intermediate examinations will be held in the second week of July 2021. 

Following the previous trends, the board will conduct 12th board exams in 15 working days. 

As per the UP board exam 2021 class 10 new update, the UP Government has cancelled the Class 10 board exams. All the students will be promoted to the next class now. This year, the result will be announced without exams. Students will get marks as per the evaluation criteria to be announced by the board, after finalizing it.

As per Indian Express Ramesh Pokhriyal said, “I assure all students and their parents that any decision taken will follow the yardstick that the safety and future of students is the highest priority for us.”

A majority of states are in favor of conducting 12th class board exams sooner or later. Some states emphasize vaccinating students and teachers before going for the SSC and HSC board examination.  

Earlier the CBSE board has released the Class 12 exam dates on February 2, 2021. The Class 12 board exams were scheduled to be held from May 4 to June 14, 2021. On April 14, the board has decided to postpone the Class 12 exams due to a surge in Covid-19 cases. 

As per NDTV, TBSE Board president Bhabatosh Saha said, For Tripura board class 10, exams will be held for English, Mathematics and Science. Where Class 12 TBSE exam will be held only for important papers.

As per NDTV, Education minister Ratan Lal Nath said, Tripura board will conduct the TBSE Class 10, 12 exams only for important papers. The TBSE board exam 2021 time table will be released 15 days prior to the exam.

The Karnataka second PUC (class 12) examinations were postponed, which were scheduled to begin from May 24, due to a surge in COVID cases in the state.

Education Minister Suresh Kumar on Sunday said,  "The number of coronavirus cases is high everywhere, it has been decided for now that once the situation comes under control in Karnataka, giving 15-20 days time, dates for exams be announced in advance"

The Maharashtra SSC exam result 2021 is expected to be declared by the end of June 2021. The MP board is expected to conduct the MPBSE 12th board exam in July, 2021. The school education department is likely to decide about MP Board Class 10, 12 final examinations in the first week of June.

As per NDTV,  the Jharkhand Government has decided to promote the students of JAC Board Class 9 to Class 11 to the without exams.

As reported by Times of India, The Board is willing to conduct MP Board class 12 exams 2021. The department has made it clear that they can wait till July, but giving general promotion is not viable.

The GSTA’s letter to Manish Sisodia says: “GSTA requests that the department should invite requests and data of all the teachers who lost their lives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Further, the appointed nodal officer can investigate the requests on a case-by-case basis with complete information received from the family.”

As per a report of Times of India, CISCE asked its affiliate schools to send Class 9 and 11 scores of this year ISC examinees.

WBBSE Class 12th exam 2021 will be conducted in the last week of July. While the 2021 madhyamik exam date West Bengal board will fall in the second week of August. The final dates of West Bengal board exam 2021 will be announced soon.

The PIL devises an "Objective methodology" to declare the 12th board exam result within a specific timeframe.

The National Students' Union of India (NSUI) demanded the cancellation of Class 12 board examinations. They raise a slogan "'pehle suraksha, phir pariksha' (first safety, then exams)". NSUI demanded that the government should find an alternative to the examinations as the country is battling a second wave of coronavirus infection.

The Supreme Court of India has directed the states to provide immediate relief to the children orphaned due to COVID-19. The direction came on an application filed by Gaurav Agarwal seeking identification of orphaned children and providing them immediate relief by the states.

State education minister Varsha Gaikwad tweeted, "A Result Committee headed by the school's Principal / Headmaster & comprising six teachers will be responsible for finalization of results & safe keeping of records. The task is challenging, but I'm confident that our schools, teachers will live up to the task."

Telangana board has postponed the second-year TS inter practical exams due to rise in COVID cases. The TSBIE practical exams were scheduled to begin from May 29, 2021.

The 10th board exam 2021 SSC Maharashtra students will be evaluated based on their class 9 and class 10 marks. The 10th ssc board exam 2021 result will be prepared by taking 50% from Class 9 and 50% from Class 10.

CBSE board has reduced the Class 12 CBSE syllabus to recover the study loss school closing during the COVID. The CBSE class 12th board exams syllabus was rationalised to the extent possible by retaining the core concepts,

WB Board exam 2021 will be held only for the compulsory subjects. The marks for the additional subjects will be given based on the internal assessment. Whereas, the West Bengal board exam 2021 will be conducted at home centres.

The MP Board is expected to announce a decision on 10 and 12th board examinations in the first week of June. If the board decides to conduct the exams then the 12th and 10th board exam time table 2021 will be announced as per the decision.

Adjourned meaning is to suspend a meeting until a later stated time. The Supreme court adjourned CBSE 12th board exam cancellation hearing till Monday, May 31.  

The Rajasthan board is yet to take the final decision on RBSE Class 10, 12 board exams 2021. As per Times of India, Education minister Govind Singh Dotasra said, “We cannot comment when we can conduct the exams. For class XII students, his/her future depends on the boards. We cannot cancel them, but can look at the situation and hold the exam later. The pandemic is severe at present in the nation so it is not possible to comment on anything.”

Supreme court on CBSE exam will hear the plea on Monday, May 31. A Public Interest Litigation(PIL) was filed by Advocate Mamta Sharma seeking cancellation of 12 board exams 2021 of CBSE and ICSE. As per Times of India, "A vacation bench comprising Justices AM Khanwilkar and Dinesh Maheshwari adjourned the matter after noting that the petitioner has not served advanced copy on the standing counsel for the CBSE Board."

As per Live Law, the plea to cancel 12th board exams 2021 will be heard by Supreme court on May 31 (Monday). The CBSE Class 12th board exam 2021 decision is expected to be taken after the hearing. Meanwhile, CBSE board exam 2021 dates are also expected to be released by June 1.

West Bengal board exam 2021 examinations will be held at home centres and only for compulsory subjects. Over 12 lakh students are scheduled to sit for the west bengal board exam date 2021 class 10, having seven compulsory subjects. Whereas, Over 8.5 lakh students are likely to appear for the Class 12 WBBSE board exam 2021 with 15 compulsory subjects.

Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan said, "We need to take care of the children who have lost their father and mother due to COVID-19. A special package will be implemented for the care of such children."

West Bengal will hold the WBBSE board exam 2021 Class 12 in the last week of July. While the 2021 madhyamik exam date west bengal board will fall in mid-August, chief minister Mamata Banerjee said on Thursday. A shorter examination of 90 minutes each of only major subjects will be conducted in the home centres.

Kerala, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand governments previously announced financial aid and free education for children whose parents died of COVID.

The West Bengal government has now announced that the exams for Higher Secondary will be held in the last week of July 2021. The West Bengal board exam 2021 Class 12 will be held only for major subjects and the exam duration is going to be 90 minutes only.

As per the report of Indian express, The TSBIE second-year inter practical exams 2021 are postponed by the board until further orders.

As per the report of NDTV, the West Bengal Board exams 2021 will be held in July and August. WB Class 12 board exams 2021 will be held in the last week of July. Whereas, WBBSE Class 10 board exams will be conducted in the second week of August. However, the final WB board exam 2021 dates are yet to be announced.

State Education Minister Mr. Sivankutty told The Hindu, Kerala Government will resume digital classes for school students from June 1 in compliance with COVID-19 protocols. A mass campaign would be taken up to attract students to the State public education sector in the new academic year.

Rajasthan, Tripura and Telangana Class 12 board exam 2021 might be conducted in the existing format. As per the Indian express, these states have indicated a preference for Option A, or the existing format to conduct 12th board exam 2021.

SRMJEE 2021 was conducted on May 23 and 24, students can check SRM Joint entrance exam 2021 result today at srmist.edu.in. 

VITEEE 2021 was conducted on May 28, 29, and 31. Students can check their result online on vit.ac.in.

KIITEE 2021 was also conducted on May 25, 26, and 27, the KIITEE 2021 result will be released on kiit.ac.in.

As per the report of Times of India, Andhra Pradesh government decided to postpone AP SSC exam 2021 scheduled to start from June 7, 2021. The decision is taken due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the state.

Earlier, the CBSE board exams 2021 were scheduled to begin from May 4, 2021. However, the CBSE Class 12 exams 2021 stand postponed for now. The situation will be reviewed on June 1, 2021, by the CBSE board. A prior notice of 15 days will be given to the students before the commencement of the 12th board exam time table 2021.

Apart from CBSE board exam 2021, the entrance exams like JEE Mains 2021, NEET and more were postponed due to the increase in COVID19 cases. So, the centre and NTA are likely expected to make announcements on entrance exams like JEE and NEET.

Kerala General Education Secretary Mohammed Hanish told The Indian Express, “We haven’t taken any stand on the two options suggested by the CBSE Board. It was left to the Board to decide. Kerala has a track record of conducting state Board exams after ensuring social distancing and other Covid-19 protocols.”

The students wing of the CPI(M) urged West Bengal Education Minister Bratya Basu to ensure that students of Classes 10 and 12 do not lag behind examinees of other boards. Students Federation of India (SFI) state unit secretary Srijon Bhattacharya and state president Pratikur Rahman also wrote a letter to Basu asking the state government to register its strong protest against the "conspiracy by the Centre to make online education mandatory for every student," reported by NDTV.

As per the official statement of Haryana government, “Considering the second option suggested in the meeting, Haryana School Education Board (BSEH) and Haryana government has decided to conduct objective type examination of 1:30 hours. It has been further decided that the students’ own school will be made examination center. All students will be given the datesheet 15 days in advance.” reported Indian express.

States like Delhi and Jharkhand showed a clear stand against the idea of exams amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav also tweeted that students must be vaccinated first, before calling them for physical exams.

KEAM 2021 - The Commissioner of Entrance Examination, Kerala has released the exam date. KEAM 2021 will be conducted on July 24.

Candidates have to answer 120 questions in KEAM 2021, 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect answer.

NTA had postponed the JEE Main 2021 exam of April and May session due to a surge in COVID19 cases. As the cases are declining now, it is expected that National Testing Agency will soon announce the JEE Main 2021 registration date for upcoming sessions. NTA will take the decision on JEE Main 2021 dates after the declaration of CBSE Class 12 board exams 2021.

NEET 2021 exam date latest news by NTA is expected to be announced soon. Every year, approx 15 lakh 12th class students appear for NEET exam. As per NEET 2021 latest update, NTA will conduct the exam on August 1. However, no decision has been taken on NEET 2021 registration date. It is expected that after the release of 12th board exam 2021 date, NTA will share some details related to NEET 2021.

Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala will soon start the KEAM 2021 registration. Class 12 students are eligible to apply for KEAM 2021 exam. Earlier, KEAM 2021 exam date was announced. KEAM 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on July 24, 2021.

SRM University will declare the SRM Joint entrance exam 2021 result today at srmist.edu.in. Class 12 students who appeared for the SRM Btech entrance test on MAy 23 and 24 can now check the result in online mode. The admission will be awarded to only those students who will secure a good rank in SRMJEEE 2021 and requisite marks in 12th board exams 2021.

UP Health Minister Jai Pratap Singh told ANI, “When the education department will finalise (dates for 12th board exams) then the health department will see how to maintain COVID protocols in centers. We’ve conducted panchayat polls and other programs following COVID protocols. So, it won’t be difficult for us,” as reported by Indian Express.

On April 23, in a high-level meeting, chaired by Union defense minister Rajnath Singh, several states are in favor of conducting the Class 12 board exam 2021, while others are still in the process of exploring options. States like Karnataka, Goa, Jharkhand, and others suggested that the date of all upcoming examinations should be fixed only after the pandemic comes under control.

On May 26, IIT Kharagpur announced the postponement of JEE Advanced 2021. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be held on July 3. The new JEE Advanced 2021 exam date will be declared soon. Board of School Education, Haryana may conduct the HBSE 12th exams 2021 from June 15, 2021. The Haryana State Education Minister Kanwar Pal said that the state is ready to conduct the Class 12 exams between June 15 to 20, 2021, as per Timesnownews.com.

Maharashtra state education minister, Varsha Gaikwad has cancelled the Class 10 board exam 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After the meeting of state boards conducted on May 23, Goa Chief Minister, Pramod Sawant, said that they will soon take the decision on Goa Class 12 board exam 2021. Students can expect the Goa 12th board exam date 2021 in June.

Madhya Pradesh Board has recently announced that they will share the date of MP Board Class 12 exams 2021 in the first week of June. The authorities also mentioned that the decision of MP Board 12th exam date 2021 will be announced after considering the health and safety of students.

Punjab Board will hold the PSEB 12th exam 2021 in the month of June for only 3 compulsory subjects. As per the Hindustan Times report, PSEB chairman Yograj said, “Though we are yet to decide on the dates due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we will be holding the Class 12 exams for three compulsory subjects in each stream. The question papers are ready and answer sheets have been made available across 2,600 centres for the exams. We will ensure social distancing at every exam centre.”

Assam education minister, Ranoj Pegu, said that The board will hold the HSLC and HS examination. However, Assam 12th board exam 2021 dates for both the classes are yet to be finalised. The exams will be held for three subjects only.

Gujarat Board will hold the Class 12 board exams 2021 from July 1.  GSEB will soon release the complete HSC exam 2021 schedule for science and general stream students. There will be only 20 students in exam hall, due to COVID-19.

Deputy CM of Uttar Pradesh, Dinesh Sharma, said “We have already printed the papers, made sets of decoded copies, and allocated 8,513 centers to follow social distancing during examinations. We're analysing COVID situation. We'll discuss with CM and the final decision will likely be taken by end of this month”. 

Hence, it is expected that the decision on UP board exams date 2021 for Class 10 and Class 12 will be taken soon. Previously, UP Board exams 2021 were scheduled to be conducted from May 8, 2021.

Maharashtra government will soon release the assessment criteria for Maharashtra SSC exams and HSC exams 2021. Varsha Gaikwad, Maharashtra Education Minister said the option for the “non-examination route” for Class 12  would be examined.
