UP NEET Counselling 2026: DGME debars 71 candidates from MBBS, BDS admission

UP NEET Counselling 2026: Students who were allotted seats, paid fees, or left medical seats without completing the course have been debarred from MBBS and BDS admission for academic year 2026-27

Try NowThe Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has published a list of 71 students debarred from UP NEET counselling 2026 this year. Students who were allotted seats, paid the course fees, or left an MBBS or BDS seat without completing the course have been debarred from UP NEET counselling for the academic year 2026-27.
According to the DGME guidelines for UP NEET couselling , if any candidate does not take admission after being allotted a seat in the stray vacancy round, the security money deposited by such candidates will be forfeited, and they will be debarred from the UP NEET UG counselling process.
Additionally, for government or private medical and dental colleges, if candidates leave the seat after the final round of counselling before completing the course, they will also be debarred from the admission process of the next academic session.
UP NEET Counselling 2026: List of debarred students
In accordance with the instructions in the said government order, the candidates whose names are in the list given below are debarred from participating in the counselling process of UP NEET UG 2026-27.

UP NEET Counselling 2026: Round 1
DGME Uttar Pradesh has commenced the UP NEET counselling 2026 round 1 registration process. Eligible students can apply for UP NEET counselling 2026 on the official website, dgme.up.gov.in/Welcome/counselling. The last date to pay the registration fee and security money for UP NEET UG counselling is August 12 at 5 pm.
