UP Police Constable Exam 2024: The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 60,244 vacancies for male and female posts.
NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) will issue the answer key for the UP Police Constable exam 2024 soon. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to download the UP Police Constable 2024 answer key through the official website at uppbpb.gov.in.
Candidates will have to use their applicant number and password to log in and download the UP Police answer key 2024. The UP Police Constable 2024 re-exam was conducted on August 23, 24, 25, 30, and 31 across 1,174 centres in 67 districts of the state.
The UP Police constable recruitment drive 2024 aims to fill a total of 60,244 vacancies. Of these, 24,102 positions are allocated for unreserved candidates, 6,024 for the economically weaker section (EWS), 12,650 for scheduled castes (SC), 1,204 for scheduled tribes (ST), and 16,264 for other backward classes (OBC).
Candidates who are not satisfied with the answer key can submit their objections through the official website within the specified period, as notified by the commission. The board will announce the UP Police result 2024 once the answer key is issued. The UP police verification process will be conducted for candidates who qualify the UP police cut off 2024.

UP Police Constable Answer Key 2024: Marking scheme
Candidates can calculate their marks for the UP Police constable exam 2024 using the UP Police answer key 2024 and the official marking scheme. According to the marking scheme, candidates will receive two marks for every correct answer. However, there is a negative marking system in place, with 0.5 marks deducted for each incorrect answer.
UP Police Recruitment 2024: Total arrests
On the fourth day of the exam around 6,91,936 candidates appeared for the UP Police constable exam 2024. Amid tight security, police arrested 22 individuals, registered 19 FIRs related to attempts to hack the exam, and identified 94 suspects. In Raebareli, a candidate was caught with an electronic device, leading to police action. As per the PTI reports, suspicious candidates were allowed to take the exam but were closely monitored.
