UPPRPB releases city intimation slip for 32,679 constable posts. Check exam city, shift details and download process before the June 8 exam

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has issued the UP Police Constable exam city intimation slip 2026 on the official website of UPPRPB at uppbpb.gov.in. The recruitment campaign has been launched to appoint 32,679 candidates to constable posts in various units across the state.
The city intimation slip provides key details related to the examination, such as the candidate's name, registration number, allotted exam city and district, examination date, shift timing, and important instructions that candidates must follow on the day of the exam. It helps applicants plan their travel and make necessary arrangements well before the examination.
While the city intimation slip is now available, candidates will receive their admit cards through a separate release before the examination. The hall ticket is expected to be out between June 1 and June 3, 2026.

The Uttar Pradesh Police Constable recruitment examination 2026 will take place on June 8, 9, and 10 at various exam centres across the state. The test will be conducted in offline mode and will be held in multiple shifts, including both morning and afternoon sessions.
The UP Police Constable written examination will consist of 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions carrying a total of 300 marks. Candidates will be given 2 hours (120 minutes) to complete the test. Each question carries 2 marks.

As per the prescribed marking scheme, 0.5 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer. Candidates who qualify the written examination will be called for the physical standard test (PST), physical efficiency test (PET), and document verification stages.
