UP police constable exam 2024 from August 23; guidelines issued at uppbpb.gov.in
UP police constable admit card 2024 will be issued on August 20, 2024 at uppbpb.gov.in.
NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBRP) will conduct the UP Police constable exam from August 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31, 2024. Ahead of the recruitment exam, the board has issued important guidelines for candidates appearing for UP police constable 2024 exam on the official website of UPPBPB at uppbpb.gov.in.
The UP police written examination will be conducted at 67 exam centres across the state. It will be held in two shifts: the first shift from 10 am to 12 noon and the second shift from 3 pm to 5 pm.
The board will issue the UP police constable hall tickets on August 20, 2024. Candidates will be able to download the UP Police constable admit card 2024 through the official website, uppbpb.gov.in. The link to download the hall ticket will be activated at 5 pm.
UP police constable Exam 2024: Exam day guidelines
- Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least 2 hours before the exam starts. The entry gate will close 30 minutes prior to the exam, and no candidates will be allowed entry after this time.
- Candidates who did not include their Aadhaar number in the application must report to the exam center 2 hours before the exam to complete verification within the allotted time.
- All candidates must bring the admit card issued by the Board, along with an Admit Card/Identity Card (such as e-Aadhaar, driver's license, or passport), and a black or blue ballpoint pen.
- The Board has implemented measures to verify the identity of candidates and will take strict legal action against anyone attempting to impersonate a candidate.
- Candidates are prohibited from bringing the following items to the exam center: any printed or written text material, pieces of paper, geometry tools, plastic pouches, calculators, credit/debit cards, scales, copies, pen drives, erasers, log tables/electronic pens, scanners, digital pens, electronic gadgets (including mobile phones), keys, cameras, any type of watch, jewelry, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers, health bands, wallets/purses, sunglasses, or handbags.
