UPESSC issues UP TET 2026 pass certificates to over 13 lakh candidates

The Uttar Pradesh Education Services Selection Commission (UPESSC) has issued the UP TET 2026 certificates to over 13 lakh candidates, who have qualified the UP TET examination. Candidates can download their certificates using the login details such as roll number and date of birth through the official website at upessc.up.gov.in.

Prashant Kumar, chairman of the UPESSC , in an official statement, said that the commission has issued the certificates to all the candidates declared pass in the teacher eligibility test.

The UPTET 2026 examination was held on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th July in five shifts, two on each day at 955 exam centres across the state.

UP TET 2026 results stats

The UPTET 2026 results were declared on August 26. A total of 7,13,648 candidates had appeared in the primary level (classes 1 to 5) exam, of which 5,71,435 candidates were declared pass in the examination.

A total of 10,57,021 candidates appeared in the Upper Primary Level (Classes 6 to 8) examination of the UP TET 2026, of which 7,59,513 qualified.

The chairman, in an official statement, informed that certificates have been issued to all successful candidates after the declaration of the examination results.

“Success in the Teacher Eligibility Test is an important achievement towards their advancement in the teaching field. The Commission strives to ensure that all examination and certificate-related processes are completed in a transparent, smooth, and candidate-friendly manner, in a timely manner,” Kumar said.

He also informed that for the convenience of the candidates , the certificates will also be made available through DigiLocker soon.
