UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2021 Exam- Check important instructions

NEW DELHI - The Union Public Service Commission gave certain important instructions for the candidates who will appear for the UPSC CSE 2021 prelims exam that will be held on October 10. Some of these important instructions include what to carry to the test centre, what not to carry, and important information pertaining to the UPSC IAS admit card 2021.
Candidates must check all the details that are mentioned on the UPSC Civil Services admit card 2021 and in case of any discrepancy they must bring it to the notice of the UPSC and get it rectified at the earliest.

Carry a passport size photograph
Those candidates whose photograph on the UPSC IAS admit card is not clear, then must ensure that they carry with them two passport size photographs one for each Session for appearing in the Examination with an undertaking.
Instructions pertaining to the scribe
Candidates who have opted to avail the services of the scribe, they must remember that the scribe opted by the candidate will be permitted at the UPSC CSE prelims exam centre along with the e-admit card that has been issued to the scribe. No one else will be allowed to assist the candidate than the scribe that was opted for by the candidate.
Fill correct information in the OMR sheet
At the time of answering the questions on the OMR sheet of UPSC IAS 2021 prelims exam, candidates must ensure that any mistake, discrepancy in encoding or filling the details especially the UPSC IAS roll number will result in rejection of the candidate’s answer sheet.
Strict Action will be taken against impersonation
If it is found at the test centre that someone else has appeared for any other candidate at the time of the UPSC prelims exam, then stringent action will be taken against the candidate and will lead to disqualification if proven guilty
Reach the test venue that is on mentioned on the UPSC Civil Services Admit Card 2021
Any request for change of UPSC IAS test centre will not be entertained and candidates are expected to appear for the exam at the test centre address that is mentioned on the admit card.
